Denver Regional Nightingale Association
The Denver Regional Nightingale Association (DRNA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and recognizing the nursing profession.
Our mission is to elevate and honor the work of nurses through recognition of evidence-based practice, innovation, and compassionate care that enhances patient outcomes.
We proudly collaborate with the Colorado Nurses Foundation (CNF) to select and honor outstanding nurses. Since 1985, the Nightingale Awards have represented Colorado’s highest nursing honor.
The DRNA celebrates nurses across all areas of practice, at every level of expertise, and includes recognition for the retired nursing community.
DRNA Geographical Area: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, and Jefferson Counties.
